Selection, Training & Supervision

Selection

The utmost attention is given to recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as a group policy. This includes education, age, physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to vigorous vetting. Age criterion for recruitment of Security Personnel is between 21 to 40.

Training

Before deployment, it is mandatory for all SSS Secure Solution employees to undertake a basic security course, which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties. In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills they are taught the rudiments. First Aid, Fire Fighting and self-defence. The training process is ongoing and progressive through out the employee’s career to refresh and further develop their knowledge.

Supervision

Manned Guarding:

Professionally trained men and women security guards perform a range of services that are tailored to the customer’s business and needs. These include

  • To protect client’s assets and property from unauthorized access and theft.
  • To monitor entrances and exits, movement of men, materials, vehicles and parking.
  • To patrol over premises regularly to check for irregularities.
  • To perform front office duties such as visitor entry, maintaining registers and other documentation as required by the customer.
  • Respond to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding and water discharge, elevator emergency and other incidents.
  • Regular supervision and close monitoring especially night checks by our mobile supervisor squads.

Guard & Supervisor’s Profile

With increasing urbanization and Industrial growth the crime rate is also on a steady increase. The large Police force is not sufficient to cater to each and every individual and corporate entity. There arises the need for private security specifically for Private Security Guards & Supervisors, who take over the responsibility of security of clients. These Guards are placed at various places as per client’s requirement. A Security guard safeguards client’s property, house, office possessions and keeps check on vehicles. The Security guard should be honest, vigilant, hardworking, and should be well versed to handle adverse situations.

He safeguards the clients from any possible loss. He needs to perform various tasks at Client’s premises and converse with different people.

Security Supervisor is an important post, he is placed in various security units as shift-incharge and unit commander. He ensures efficient and effective performance of duties by Security Guards. With timely performance based promotions, a supervisor can reach the level of Security Officer.
